Mr. Prime Minister

Manmohan Singh has been on important posts since 1971. He has worked in RBI and served Ministry of Finance as Chief Secretary for several years. When the country was almost bankrupt in nineties, he became finance minister in 1991. And as per the dictates of IMF and World Bank, India had to introduce reformation measures willingly or unwillingly to get economical support from developed countries. Under compulsion India had to dilute its socialistic policy and accept capitalism based policies under the pressure of USA.

When financial health of the country improved from the pitiable position of bankruptcy, the then finance minister Mr. Manmohan Singh became Doctor of economics. But inspite of lapse of two decades there is no change in standard of living of Indians. Only elite groups of big trade house have multiplied their net worth more than 100 times. Poor have become poorer and rich have become richer. I think Manmohan Singh himself may be astonished that he is considered as Architect and Doctor of Indian economy.

It is therefore necessary to analyze and ascertain the actual gain India has achieved due to reformation steps taken since 1991. Whether social inclusion is simply a slogan to enlarge vote bank or there is considerable gain to common men. It is need of the hour to expose the true capability and factual knowledge in Man Mohan Singh. Real position of economy will be understood by people of India only when we understand him properly or some other party comes to power.

As long as Mr. Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister, none doubted his claim that railways had a surplus of Rs.90000/ crores. But now when Ms Mamta Banerjee has become Railway Minister, she has openly told in the Parliament that surplus in railway is hardly 8000 crore rupees. Is it not shameful and mockery of budget exercise and cast direct aspersion on the integrity of financial experts and CA certification.

Lalu was considered as Management Guru only by dint of his showing unparallel surplus in railways. After all, the Lalu was working under the same Manmohan Singh government headed by the same Congress Party under the banner of same UPA.

Satyam Computers is not alone or an isolated example of mockery of balance sheet or CA certification, most of the government departments, PSUs, Public sector banks, and even private sector giants are playing with figures, indulged in window dressing to project rosy picture.

Exaggerated railway revenue is a cruel joke on quality of corporate governance, credit rating agencies, auditors and honesty and integrity of our political leaders on whom lie the responsibility of development of the country.

Unfortunately Mr. Manmohan Singh the architect of economy, the doctor of reformation and the ideal of honest administrator prefers remaining silent spectator of all these misdeeds and malpractices. Rather one cay that he enjoys exaggerated achievements through balance sheet, concealment of irregularities and hidden corruption in the system. Latest example of collapse of Metro, not once, not twice but thrice in last six months clearly depicts the hollowness and corruption ridden administration.

Is collapse of Metro three times in last six months not an attack on pride of Indian engineers, administrators, politicians and economist?

World will now ridicule the quality of Indians engineers and Indian contractors. After all Metro project was considered to be the pride of India.

In our country several banks have gone bankrupt,
Several non-banking financial companies have looted crores and crores of rupees from innocent villagers,
Market manipulators in share market have cause huge losses to retail investors,
Real estate developers have been continuously looting house seekers by charging exorbitant rates,
Educational institutes are shamelessly looting students by charging unregulated fees without providing quality education,
Judiciary have failed to provide justice to victim even in two – three decades,
Government hospitals are not providing medical treatment,
Private Doctors and private nursing homes are prescribing unwarranted costly medicines and costly pathological tests to patients just to earn commission from drug manufacturers and Pathology Lab owners,
Government schools and colleges are worthless entity,
Police officers are inactive for honest and true person but friend of looters and cheaters,
There is no control on terror attacks,
Naxal network has grown to uncontrollable extent and so on…………………
It is sad that we still feel pride that we have a PM like Manmohan Singh.

Appeal to President

There are some parties who fought the election on strong Anti-Congress campaigning in election. If they join Congress Party or UPA directly or support from outside should be treated as cheater and a case of forgery with voters may be lodged against such individuals or the group or the party.

TDP won seat protesting rule of Congress party in AP
Left won seat protesting rule of Congress party in WB
Chiranjivi’s Party PJP won seat protesting rule of Congress party in AP
BJD of Orissa won seat protesting rule of Congress party in Orissa
National Conference
RJD ridiculed Congress Party, JD(U) and BJP in Bihar
LSP of Paswan ridiculed Congress Party, JD(U) and BJP in Bihar
SP of Mulayam ridiculed Congress Party, BJP and BSP in UP
BSP of UP blamed Congress Party , SP and BJP

Following parties who are at daggers drawn to each other and hence these group can not remain together in one group, UPA, or NDA or Third front. If they decide to remain together just to capture power, they should be treated as the greatest cheater and traitor on the earth. It means further that they are white colored terrorist and money mafia and the most ambitious , greedy, moralless, shameless, faceless, leader who can even stab the nation for their self interest. They are the true enemy of voters. Such leaders and individuals must by punished severely by voters or by President of India or any competent authority. Any individual MP from any such group has got no moral right to switch over to his rival party just to gain participation in government.

SP and BSP in UP
DMK and AIADMK in Tamilnadu
TMC of Mamta and Left Front in West Bengal
RJD and JD(U) in Bihar

There are some state mentioned below where thee was main fight between Congress Party and BJP. If any individual MP of either BJP or Congress Party switch over their loyalty from one camp to other it must be treated fraud with voters and hence a case of forgery must be lodged. At least President of India should not allow such thing to happen.

Rajathan
Madhya Pradesh
Chhatishgarh
Gujarat
Delhi
Karnataka

People are astonished to hear the news of BJP and Congress Party sharing power in Parliament.
It is difficult to happen. But the situation will compel both to share power to avoid frequent election and to keep smaller parties away from national politics whose agenda is to blackmail with national parties and grab maximum amount of cake. It is result of 20 years experience of coalition government that BJP and Congress have realized or should realize that whenever they formed government jointly with smaller parties or regional parties , smaller became bigger and bigger became smaller.

As a matter of fact President of India is deaf and dumb and also blind and indifferent to what is happening in the country. She has been enjoying the glamour, comfort of Rashtrapati Bhawan. She has been acting as true Rubber Stamp of the government. She could not persuade, compel or direct small regional parties to align themselves with any one of national parties whose present is at least in 10 states and which has the record of gaining at least 20% of votes polled in the election held in the past.

Every person in the country know and understand well that none of the political party or group is going to win simple majority in the election held this year. There is 24 hours debate going on TV and it is open secret for last two- three months that the result of the election will be fracture mandate. Experts of media are trying their best to portray the national scene on TV, of course with biased attitude.

But perhaps President of India is not interested to take care of the critical situation likely to emerge after the result. In our country there is a tradition that police reaches spot when looters complete the task of looting and fly away from the town inspite of complaint call received from several quarters. Similarly fire brigade mostly reaches the spot when every thing is burnt or common mass has already extinguished the fire with available water. Our President is therefore waiting for crisis to take place in the country, allowing winning candidates to be traded openly by various political parties through the channel of top trade houses. She will like to be silent spectator of political drama, open rape of democracy and cheating with voters taking place in the country. She will act only when her mentor Congress Party leaders advises her to do or act.

There is no innovative idea, no creativeness and no urge for initiative in the mind of President to cure or to diagnose the sick mind of dirty politicians. It is very much painful. There s no need of having one piece of such President in the country. Two decades ago when elected representatives used to switch over from one party to other frequently, anti defection act was enacted to prevent fraud with voters. Now openly leaders are abusing rival candidate during election and after election shamelessly hug each other, clear cut case of cheating with voters and is worst kind of defection one can ever visualize.

Modi Nitish Pawar Who is fittest for PM

One person asked me question: “who is a better candidate for the post of PM – Modi, Nitish or Sharad Pawar”

As long as L K Advani is alive, Modi cannot be PM and BJP does not like breach of discipline. Even Modi does not like to be PM superseding L Advani. It is media’s creation or you can say effort of the congress party and so-called secular parties to divide BJP and NDA. Luckily all failed to create difference between Advani and Modi.

Same is the position with Nitish Kumar. People in Meida who play role for Congress party are spreading such news in the market so that controversy arises in NDA. We have seen drama in UPA and the conflicting role played by UPA partners during election which ended just yesterday. Shamelessly the erstwhile partners will again come together to snatch and capture power from the hands of NDA who will be able to form government more comfortably than UPA.

Again fortunately Nitish Kumar is an experienced, matured and shrewd politician. He understands well the pulse of general mass and he does not want to create unnecessary debate on this issue and this is why he has openly admitted L K Advani as the fittest candidate for the post of PM. Nitish cannot be swayed by imaginary offers made by media and by the people belonging to UPA or the third front.

There is no question of Sharad Pawar whose recognition is confined in Maharashtra state only and who remained failure even as BCCI president. If NCP fights alone I think his party will not be able to win even double digit seats in Parliamentary election. His party could not give a stable government in state like Meghalaya. His old friend Mr. Sangma is also trying to switch over to NDA camp. Here also it is the creation of media people who are trying to create differences between UPA partners. Old whimsical person Mr. Bal Thakre is also unnecessarily boosting up Pawar’s name to please Marathi voters. Person who has not gone above state politics or caste politics or regional politics cannot be given the responsibility of the country without risk of sabotaging federal structure of the country.

As such all the three are not fit for PM as of now.

So far imagination is concerned I also can become and prove to be better PM than many others who are in queue. I am not a good speaker like modern day politicians but I have the capacity to perform better than many MPs of the Parliament.

In my opinion therefore question of selecting PM’s name among Nitish, Modi and Pawar is irrelevant in the current situation.

Blackmail or coalition

National party for national election and one common election for all purposes will save lot of money and time, both for the government and the individual or political party participating in the election process.

There must be two or three political parties in the election fray and the constitution should have such provision which can restrict regional parties to confine them at regional level only.
One suggestion in my opinion is to declare those parties which have consistently secured more than 15 to 20 % of votes polled or more than 10 % of total votes as national parties and only such parties will be eligible for participating in the election for the Parliament. Secondly, Political parties which have network in at least 10 out of 20 big states should only be treated as fit for contesting Parliament election.
Individuals who secure less than 10% of votes must be fined with at least ten lac rupees and political parties which secure less than 20% of votes should be fined with the same amount.
If regional parties are inclined to participate in such election they will have to declare before election that they will fight under the banner of which national party.

Another way to make the election effective and fruitful is to avoid direct election system for Parliament. because each state have different priorities and preferences .As such election should be conducted only for state assemblies and out of every five MLAs, one should be nominated as MP for Parliament either directly by concerned political parties or election commissioner based on certain predefined logics and principles.

National parties, say BJP has 100 MLA’s in the state of MP; they will declare 20 as MP who will participate in Parliament proceedings. Similarly a group of five MLAs will decide the name of one member will go for Parliament.

Alternately government may declare one constituency as representative for Parliament.

Whatever may be the consensus in this regard , I am of the strong opinion that number of political parties participating in the election for Lok Sabha should be bare minimum and there should not be frequent election, one for assemblies, another for Parliament and third for Panchayat or Municipality.
One combined election should be made enough and member for different organs at different levels should be elected through one and only one process of election in five years. This will not only save huge expenses of political parties and the government but also help in mitigating the pain of coalition politics and avoid incident of mutual mudslinging and leg pulling between state government and central government. Besides voters will find it easy to decide as to who is responsible for non performance and lack of development in their area.

Help me to form government

How will the government be formed when result of Parliament election gives fractured mandate as given below?Only possible combination will be BJP and Congress party which as of now is beyond imaginationNDA 200 seatsUPA 140RJD 3LSP 1LF 25TDP 15AIADMK 30BJD 5BSP 40SP 5Small parties 30Individuals 40In such critical position of election result BJP led NDA cannot form government even with the active or outside support of BSP and AIADMK.
UPA cannot form government even with the support of erstwhile partners like RJD, DMK. LSP and even Left front.
Third front with 115 seats cannot form government with or without the help of Congress party.
This election will show the exit door to parties like Lalu led RJD, Paswan led LSP, Mulayam led SP, Karunanidhi led DMK , Biju led BJD.and many smaller regional parties.
There will be considerable improvement in the tally of AIADMK, Congress party . BSP and BJP singularly.
Left party will face some erosion
BJP will emerge as the single largest party.
But none of the possible combination can form the government.Present friends will become future foes and present foes will become friends to capture power and to keep BJP away from power. All records of immoral combination and unethical politics will be broken. Democracy as also secularism will be the greatest victim in the present election.
Under such circumstances it is desirable that rule for formation of coalition government or National government constituted by equal representation of all political parties must be framed in advance so that charge of biased attitude is not leveled against the President of India.

Coalition government

Congress is an almost dead political party and hence all erstwhile UPA partners due to whose support congress party enjoyed fruits of power for last five years have already deserted UPA and they are now talking of Anti-Congress and Anti-BJP. There will be sharp division of votes among various UPA partners. Traditional voters of BJP are almost intact and hence in state like UP and Maharashtra NDA may gain. On the contray UPA including Congress party will suffer a lot in the states of Bihar, UP, Tamilnadu, Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh. On the contrary BJP has been in power with good image in many Hindi states and likely to sweep those states.

In such position BJP will be the single largest party (180 seats singularly and with allies 240 seats as NDA) to stake claim for formation of the government. It is also true that then all enemies of BJP and power hungry person will flock together to cheat voters in the name of secularism and come back to power. Only God knows who will go with whom.
Power and power, money and money will play the vital role. All expectation of voters will become night dream and all policies, promises made to voters will become night part of history.

It will again be old wine in new bottle. Election Commission and President of India all are handicapped person and they like to remain silent spectator of political dramas due to constitutional constraints. Political experts and media men play their tunes as per their biased attitude and sing the song of probable rulers.

Fraud with voters occurs after each election, Constitutional crisis will precipitates after result , parties will be bought for gaining support and there will be open rape of democracy, still there is no initiative from any corner of the country to frame rule of the game before the beginning of such heinous political circus which is condemned by not only majority of Indians but also ridiculed by International community who keenly watch the development taking place in such a largest democratic country in the world.

Varun Gandhi is storm

Varun Gandhi is a storm who may destroy the future of Mayawati of BSP , Sonia Gandhi , Mulayam Singh and Congress party ambitious leader Mr. Rahul Gandhi. Political rulers in general cannot digest a person who poses threat to their survival in power and hence they try their best directly or indirectly, openly or tactfully to wipe out the person who seemed to be prospective contestant for the top post. Even late Indira Gandhi never allowed Pranab, Lalit Mishra, Morarji Desai and like others to prosper in political life. Killing or assassination of political rival is not a new thing in Congress party history. Congress party was even divided and disintegrated so many times only due to personal clashes or ego clashes but it is a culture of Congress high command belonging to Nehru family to suppress the rival candidate as soon as possible.

In case of action against Varun who has shaken the confidence of various stalwarts and political heavyweights in UP, Congress Party instigated Mayawati to take action against Varun Gandhi. The same so called secular Congress Party never thought it fit to advise his own partner or his own CM in Maharashtra to contain and arrest Raj Thakre for his hate speech against Hindu religion and practices and particularly residents of Bihar and North India. There are so many leaders in Congress party as also in Samajwadi Party who are pioneer in delivering the hate speech against Hindus, but so called secular leaders of all Non BJP parties think it wise to remain silent spectator. After all it is a question of vote bank and they cannot discard their Muslim appeasement policy.

It is therefore not astonishing that leaders like Varun or Sadhwi Pragya or Uma Bharti or Sadhwi Ritambara will continue to take birth in Indian politics and attempt to polarize Hindus to strengthen Hindu vote bank and ensure their permanent existence in power.
General mass will continue to suffer and has nothing to do but helplessly watch the fight between the so called communal and so called secular parties, between leaders for Muslim appeasement and that for Hindu appeasement.

Lalu Paswant Mulayam discard Congress Party

Lalu Yadav is a clever politician and he has now realized that it is very difficult to win considerable seats in the state of Bihar or retain his own seat under the rule of Nitish Kumar whose popularity among voters has increased sharply due to his hard work and serious involvement in solving the problems of the state and reducing the pain of voters. Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan has lost his vote bank and his is no more enjoying the image as well-wisher of backward class. He became Minister in central cabinet and fully ignored the voters of not only his constituency but also his state.
Similarly Mulayam and Amar Singh in UP understand very well that Mayawati is now having upper hand in politics. Congress party hurt by the action of SP has thought it better to face the election alone than to accept 3 or 4 seats out of 80 seats in UP.
All these leaders are highly egoist and their parties namely RJD, LSP and SP are based on no ideology but the personal image of its top leader. People of the state of Bihar and UP have seen the rule of these persons and it is undeniable truth that voters dislike them there is great erosion in their popularity. But by manipulation and by fraud they used to win the game in the past. Now they all are in opposition in their states and due to tightness of Election Commission they are not in a position to play faul game with the system or cheat the voters as vehemently as they used to do during their own regim. As such, it is not very much astonishing all the three have come together despite the fact that they were at daggers drawn to each other for last decade and more .
On the other hand Congress party being a National Party is equally afraid of loosing ground in these two states in particular and in the entire country in general due to its rejection by its allies in almost all the states. Now after almost disintegration of UPA, Congress Party is left with no option but to fight a battle for survival and constrained to fight the same alone.
It is good luck of these political parties that they enjoyed the fruits of power for last five years under the umbrella of UPA inspite of their differences in the matter of policy and principles of governance. It is the fear of BJP and NDA coming back to power that united these persons and parties; otherwise there was never unity of hearts in the core of their hearts.
It is therefore very much likely that all these four political parties will be almost finished in the state of Bihar and UP. At best Congress Party will secure five seats each in Bihar and UP and similarly RJD will get less than 10 and Paswan will get less than 5 seats in Bihar in the forthcoming election. The main reason of their defeat or reduction in seats of these political parties drastically will be erosion in popularity, better performance by their opponents being current rulers and division of votes in various contesting candidates. As a result BJP –JD (U) combine in Bihar, and BSP and BJP in UP will secure better number of seats.
Whoever wins the game, there will be multi cornered contest in most of the constituencies and hence there will be more surprise victories than expected victories. ‘Might is right’ will be the prime factor behind many victories. The greatest victim will be democracy, policies and principles, and lastly the goodness of good candidates and fate of voters in the hands of bad persons. Even if leaders of these rotten political groups fail to secure considerable seats they have the brain to capture the power indirectly in complete disregard to choice of the voters as they did in 2004
It is painful that after spending billions of rupees and precious time, the country will be ruled by same notorious candidates, in no time friends of today will become foes of tomorrow and foes of yesterdays will become friends of today. This is Indian politics where illiterate and inexperienced voters are empowered to make the destiny of the country and so called educated and skilled persons either rape and strangulate democracy or think it better to remain silent spectator of rape and murder of democracy .
Even Election Commission or President of India or ruling government or any competent authority is not taking any initiative to do justice with voters and to ensure that game of manipulation is stopped.Everyone knows that there will fractured mandate and none will get even 20% of seats alone and the game of money will be played as usual. But none has decided the rules before result to avoid constitutional crisis likely to precipitate after the elction .
